When I made the decision to apply for SSD, everyone (including the team at Crowe & Shanahan) told me getting SSD as a desk job worker would be extremely difficult. However, Attorney Don Derse committed to doing everything possible to get me covered. And he did it. On the FIRST try! No appeals needed.
It took nearly a year, but C & S were on top of things every step of the way. I'd recommend this group to anybody in need.

The advice and care I recieved was outstanding! It was a trying time for me and Dawn & Mr. Derse made me feel at ease with the process. It was a long 9 months but I finally got SSDi and Im so greatful to the C&S Team!! They always answered my phone call or returned the call very quickly and always had the answer to my question.
