I was involved in a motor vehicle accident two and a half years ago. It changed my life immediately. I lost my car. I sustained serious injuries that would involve countless doctor visits, physical therapy, surgery and multiple procedures to literally get me back on my feet. But I quickly came to realize that the accident also caused injuries you couldn't see on the outside. I was scared of most everything. Lost my confidence. Lost my ability to take complete care of myself. Had to give up my volunteering that was very important to me. Basically, I lost "me." Andrew Mundwiller immediately put me at ease. Walked me through every step of the process that eventually gave me back control of my life. He was exceedingly patient with my countless questions. Professional, respectful and approachable. He never made me feel "less than." But, rather, made me feel as though I was the most important client he had. No questions were ever left unanswered. And kept me going even through the many delays and set backs that the Covid pandemic caused . This firm, from the front desk, to the private offices and the conference room felt safe, warm and welcoming each time I needed to be there. I don't wish harm to come to anyone. It was nothing but smooth sailing working with Don Derse and his office staff, especially Maureen. I applied for disability and it went through within about 4 to 5 months.I Could not be happier with the service that was provided for me.
