I was very satisfied with Robert and his knowledgeable staff. They really took the time and patience to understand my particular disabilities and how they uniquely impact my daily life. I thought about giving up because of previous experiences, later I was told about Crowe & Shanahan. I decided to give them a call and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Mr Crowe and his staff helped our family when my husband needed to file for disability. He gave great advise and was professional and knowledgeable on the law. I highly recommend calling them if you need to file for disability. They only get paid if you get paid.

At each contact with Mr. Derse, Ms. Harsh or really anyone at the Crowe and Shanahan office, if one of them were not available, I was given calming, reassuring and accurate guidance. I was dealt with patiently (which I needed especially when I was impatient and overwhelmed by the process) at each encounter.

This firm made it so easy to file a disability claim, letting me know what to expect as we went along. They were also kind, and staff was so patient with my cognitive disability. I would recommend them to anyone needing help filing an SSDI claim.

Kelly was my lawyer for my disability case after I was denied the 1st time applying on my own. He was very knowledgeable about which way to handle my case as im sure every case is different and needs to be dealt with in its own way! He was very easy to talk with and he didnt leave any stone unturned. He knew my entire history and all the health issues I was fighting. It took every bit of 2yrs but he stayed in the fight with me and it ended in favor of me. I'm so thankful he was my lawyer and he never gave up!

Contacted them a bit late, with perhaps 6 weeks before our hearing. They fit us into their already busy schedule. Kelly was great with disabled daughter who was very nervous, reassuring her, then assured us both that we would win. One week later we had a fully favorable decision. Afterwards, there've been mix ups by SSD & SSI, But Cindy has the know-how & contacts to get things taken care of. Very pleased. Glad we chose the experts.
