My son was involved in an accident in 2022 on our way home to Ohio from Missouri when he was involved in a car accident I was concerned about this taking place in another state because we’re from Ohio so I contacted Schultz & Myers law firm explained our situation and Attorney Tom Wilmowski assured me that we were in good hands and no worries and I have to say if you need an attorney there’s no other attorney I’d recommend a thousand percent than this law firm right here they took care of my son and kept their word and he was awarded more than I even thought possible. It is easy to get ahold of my lawyer and or his staff when needed either via phone or email.

I have been waiting for two years now for my settlement and still have nothing they try to take all your money and give you false reports when my case does settle I will never use them again

My experience with the entire Schultz and Myers team had been incredible to say the least! Almost exactly a year a go I was in a very bad car accident. I tried to be nice to the insurance company and listen to everything that they had to say and go with the flow, then they began trying to blame me for things that were not in my control and not give me the compensation or medical care that I deserved. I decided to contact the professionals and they didn't disappoint! After calling them around 7P.M. one of the lawyers called me within an hour. He told me I had a case and the first question he asked was if I was okay and if I needed more medical care than was offered to me! They got me set up with physical therapy and a team of Dr.s to help me in my healing process. I truly couldn't believe the care and compassion they showed for me! After being accepted as a client I was updated every month of the progress by Nicole. Nicole was sweet and she answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently! I never felt like I was bothering them with my ridiculous questions because clearly I am not a lawyer! When the insurance company offered less than what they thought I deserved they continued to fight for me (with my consent of course). In the end I got the biggest settlement available to me.
