Great experience , heather and Lauren really made me feel at ease . Wasn’t sure what to expect going through this process and they were there anytime I needed questions answered or just reassurance that everything was going to be okay and get better. Very pleasant interaction with Laura. I was able to get everything done in 18 minutes or so. I waited no more than a few seconds for someone to pick up the phone. I knew the phone number without looking it up from hearing the commercials constantly on KPNT and also have heard on WARH. I misplaced my citation but the info was able to be looked up. I also didn't feel like I was being rushed but even I was that wouldn't have been a big issue for me. If Laura hasn't had a raise this year, she is definitely worthy of one.
