Our initial meeting with Mark went very well. He received a $1500 retainer from us that was not at all easy for us to come up with. The meeting lasted 3 hours and we left feeling confident that his assurances for a good outcome were well-grounded. If you consider only 2 other 30-second communications a good outcome, then he's your man! Needless to say, we didn't! We made 10-15 attempts to contact him via many possible options (his "personal" phone, texts, his office phone, e-mail, etc) with only the two successes. Even though we were instructed to put LOTS of information in Dropbox, which we did and which, consequently, took MANY hours, I don't know if he ever even looked at it because we haven't heard from him in a couple of months. His website is full of glorious testimonials. I would bet that MINE will never see the light of day!

Had Mr. Hammer represent me on a case. Took a plea deal for probation and he said he would file a motion for early termination of the parole free of charge. When it came time i tried to contact him multiple times and he would not return any calls….

Honestly my case too longer than expected but they were really good about keeping me updated with my case. Special shoutout to Abby Alberter, she was very kind and very consistent. Highly recommended.

Nicole went above and beyond. Very professional and helpful. She was nice and polite. Kept me updated and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Definitely would recommend.
