Nicole was really responsive and dug into the case as it was her own , even to tell me she lost a little sleep from things not lining out the way they should at one point, as the same was for me.This tells me it was just not just a 9-5 job for her. She kept me very informed and did not promise (pie in the sky )as the case played out. I have dealt with other attorneys in the past over various issues and this was by far the best experience i had. Always returned calls as quick as she could even during the stay at home orders feeding her family and answering my calls at the same time. Nicole really uncovered what was to be uncovered. God forbid i would ever need them again as I don’t want to be in another accident but if i was , she would no doubt be the one i would call upon and recommend to others . The biggest point in all of this tragic head on collision was other attorneys i checked into did not seemed to think my case was enough to put into their pockets since i am still walking... This law firm did not treat me as such and turns out it paid out beyond what others had thought it would. The money does not take away the left over pain from the impact but it was sure nice to get the bills and financial bind restored that a collision can do in ones life.
