Justin Mason failed to tell me important information regarding my case. He dragged out my case for over a year because he didn’t know how to proceed with it. He then told me there was a “disconnect” in our professional relationship and asked for more money if I still wanted his representation. I didn’t know any better so I gave him permission to run my credit card over the phone. After over 1 year of these court date “continuances” (requested by Justin) I decided my best option was to hire a new lawyer. Best decision I made! I don’t believe Justin had any intention of resolving my case. My new lawyer had excellent communication skills, kept me informed and had my case resolved in 3 months time! Meanwhile Mr. Justin Mason kept my money and did NOTHING to help me. He was only in it for the money. He truly did not care about the outcome of my case. Why did Mr. Mason drag my case out for over a year? Because he didn’t want to put in the time and effort to get it resolved. I wonder how he passed boards?? His work ethic is terrible. Beware. some lawyers do not work in the best interest of their client.

I never actually met Justin, we only communicated through phone and e-mail, which was always pleasant. Justin made sure I received whatever amount that was fair for my case. I am very pleased and would use his services again.

I was involved in a rear end accident and Justin setup the treatment with a very good chiropractor. I was informed of the steps of the process necessary to settle my case. I had an excellent experience with Justin.

After being involved in a car accident along with my longtime girlfriend and suffering a varay of spinal injuries, I followed a family members advice and went to Justin Mason's office. He welcomed me in immediately and took on my case right away. Once I signed the contract, he became my attorney in a personal injury case. He advised me to receive chiropractic care and enter treatment for my injuries. Being a late teenager at the time, I didn't understand all of the technicalities involved with the law. Justin helped a lot by explaining everything step by step; instead of just having me sign paperwork and not fully understand what I waa reading or getting myself into. He was also very quick to respond to any questions I had and every phone call or text message that I sent. After months of treatment with my chiropractor, I followed up with Justin and he helped finalize my case as I received a settlement for injuries. I would most definitely look to, or recommend him in any cases down the line if they were to occur

When I first spoke with him he told me that he had a trial experience and was well versed in DWI cases. Once I hired him on he didn't do anything that he had promised during our introductory meeting. He did not handle a deposition for me, and for 7-months he didn't get the arrest video that was a key evidence to my case. Later on he tried to manipulate me into accepting a drug court deal that would have me plea to a felony DWI, by telling me that once I've completed the program that my case would be dismissed. Once I realize that his only concern was for him I had him removed off my case. My current attorney was able to use the arrest video, which showed more to my favor then the officers arrest report to get me an S.I.S., which means I will have no conviction and that I will be able to keep my license. After my time with Justin I had come to realize that he messed up heavily on my case. He filed the wrong administrative motion, which prevented me from opening up my drivers case and winning it due to the Missouri Supreme Court "and/or" decision which made the BAC test inadmissible. I plan on reporting him to the Bar Association for negligence and fraud. If anyone is considering Justin in the future and would like some more in depth information, please let me know? (Here's a story): When I had to go bound myself, I asked Justin what the cost was and if I would need any additional cash for any fee filings? Justin told me that I would not need anything besides the money for my bound. My girlfriend had came down with me to the bound facility to met Justin. After talking with Justin my girlfriend left to go home and take care of our baby, while me and Justin hung around for another 15mins until it was time for them to take me into the other room to get processed. Once I got into the room the Processing Officer asked if I had $20 for the filing fee, which was added on top of what I had for my bound money? I told him no, and that my attorney told me that this was all I needed? He explained that there has always been a filing fee amount and that I should call my attorney, because without the $20 processing fee I would not be processed. This had taken place less then a minute after I walked into the processing room. I called Justin because I knew he was close-by, and could easily come back and lend me the money. Justin picked up the phone, and I explained the situation to him, but his response to me was very unexpected? Instead of him coming back to loan me the $20, since he created the situation by providing me the wrong information; he told me to give him my girlfriend's number so that he could have her come back and pay the extra $20? That day was one of the biggest snowstorms in the city and my girlfriend with our newborn child that was less than a month old at that time had to comeback 30mins in the snow just to pay $20 that my attorney could have easily done by walking back over. Don't let Justin fool you into thinking he cares about you as a person, because all he sees is dollar signs and nothing else. He doesn't care if you go to jail or if you end up free, all he wants is his money.

Justin encouraged me to plead guilty. Did absolutely no research on my case. He failed to keep me informed . He agreed to represent my siblings and I which we later found out after hiring true professional attorneys at law, was a major conflict of interest. My sister and I wised up and each hired our own individual lawyers. We were found not guilty thanks to their excellent representation. I will be writing the board regarding Justin Mason and his transparent shortcomings.
