These people are amazing! I got a ticket today, called a bunch of places and stumbled upon here. I filled out a quick little form out online on their website, get a call no less than 30 minutes later from Gabby, and she asked about my ticket a little bit and couple questions in a nice calm manner, then was able to make me a deal better than everywhere else! Thats customer service! Thank you so much, I will definitely send more people to you guys!

The state of MO requires these attorneys on all child custody cases. In this attorneys word he is not your attorney yet he speaks with both parties and makes recommendations in the best interest of the child. Both parents split his 1500 fee. In our case the other party simply refuses to pay. Refuses to participate period. And holding her contempt of course cost more money. I recommend you are certain his recommendations are actually going to be heard in court. For us he was paid 750 for an initial conversation and then ,he told us he is not our attorney. And we should talk to our attorney. OK ty again a waste of 750 for no results, no recommendations to the courts, all for nothing. Ijs ask all questions on your initial consultation cause he is NOT for you. You just pay him . 🙄 frustrating yet the truth. To us the entire system is all about money with out at least 20,000 to pay your attorneys yoy loose. We withdrew our case because we can't afford it. I'll be honest.

I paid my half per the courts. He won't even call me or my wife back. Hasn't done anything pertaining to my case besides our initial contact. And this has been going on since Nov 2021. They took my money and I haven't heard a word. Thus whole courts process is such a scam. I feel like all they want is my money. Pay this child support and still can not have a private visitation with my daughter. Foolery and they call this the American way. More like the American pay me extra money way.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Charles Flynn as my attorney for a custody case. Mr. Flynn was amazing in helping me throughout this process. He guided me in making sound decisions; only what needed rather than responding unnecessary extraneous process. I was very impressed with his professionalism and ethics. Most importantly, I felt that my concerns were listened to and addressed. He advocated strongly for what was best for my children and I.
