Selling our first home which was a rental to our tenant. Not knowing where to turn to or any idea of the process Marc stepped in and took control. He helped lower our anxiety at each turn.He was always readily available through emails and if he wasn’t he answered back fast as possible. He fought with the title company over detailed wording that would put (us) his clients at unnecessary risk. This type of effort will never be forgotten. Mr. Jacobs was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing our dream home. He handled everything including the sales contract, leaseback, and document reviews. It was also great having a set fee package for all the work so we knew what the cost would be ahead of time. He was always responsive to questions and provided all the information we needed to make educated decisions. When there were scheduling conflicts, Marc always made sure we knew how to get ahold of him if needed. Even the title company mentioned he was great to work with. If we had it to do over again, we would absolutely choose Mr. Jacobs!

Recently sold a property in St. Louis remotely from out of town. I negotiated sale price without realtor. I hired Marc to help with paperwork. Marc and his team were invaluable. I thought I had everything figured out; however, I was wrong. Transaction went smooth. I wish Marc could have helped with my house purchase in Colorado. We used a realtor like everyone else. Most expensive taxi ride ever and likely cost us money. Realtor was from big name shop, but the realtor missed much which, as stated, cost us money in the end. Marc's business model is spot on. Why would one use a realtor when one can hire a real estate attorney for the same price or less? This is a no brainier...

As first time home buyers, we were very nervous, especially pursuing a house that was “For Sale By Owner”, without using an agent. We purchased a sell by owner house.Mr Jacob did really good in the whole process.He really stand by your side,drafted the contract,ask for the gas inspection from gas company,then we found the leaking gas which is not found by the home inspection.This is potential life threatening!The seller also admitted:"You got a very good lawyer". We really appreciate what Mr Jacob did for us,and the service is really deserve the money we paid.
