Kanner & Pintaluga is a very good Law firm I got into the accident November 1 and I have already been pay out every department that I had to go to in the law firm communicated with me kept me posted about the case and especially Adam GIZZI kept me informed every step of the way I enjoy the last part of this case because I didn’t feel like I was waiting or it was gonna take too long. Adam was right on everything kept me posted. Great attorney I give you guys five stars thank you.

Marcela is a professional in every sense of the word. She makes you feel comfortable with the process and is very attentive.

Let me start off by saying, PLEASE do not go to this law firm. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and inconsistent liars. They make you all these empty promises and deadlines which don’t account for anything. Be prepared to have multiple people on your case, all whom which don’t help with anything. Jasmine and Jennifer are just a few of the people who are on your case that don’t help at all. They don’t reach out for anything updates, they make up dates and don’t care about you or getting you compensated at all. In the beginning they reached out faithfully but towards the “end” of the case you have to reach out every week with no response. And when you call it’s the same excuse everytime. “She is away from her desk” or “She is on lunch”. You leave multiple voicemails with no response. They respond weeks later with the same information from before even after they say they have received important information that will expedite your case. I am pretty sure they don’t work on the cases at all. Worst "lawyers" in St. Louis/ Southern Illinois. I HIGHLY suggest you take your business elsewhere. They only "fight" for the bare minimum. Nothing more. They make you give them all this information about your personal property that was damaged and the days you missed work from the accident and they don’t attempt to get you compensated for either. They say they can’t help you with that part at all. So after they take their 33-40% BEFORE the medical deductions, you are left with nothing. I believe the 5 star reviews to be fake. They also reached out to me and asked me to delete my first review, which I did. But this one will not be deleted. I wonder how many other bad reviews they ask people to deleted.
