Kayte represented my ex for a paternity case and for an order of protection. The order of protection did not get granted, but I had scheduled FaceTimes with my son on tuesdays and Thursdays that only lasted until 11/28 upon kayte request. During our next court date on 11/28 which was for motion to modify which is why kayte asked for the scheduled FaceTimes to be scheduled until then, she then proceeded to lie to the judge about what she said which was audio recorded on the order of protection case for the FaceTimes.
Her client did not give me my son for 4 weekends in a row. Kayte said she will have to make those up. It’s been 3 months now and I have reached out to her client and kayte herself about when these make up days will be made up and kayte ignores it all.. she does not tell the truth. It’s a disgrace of her being like this when she is a mother herself. 100 percent would not recommend going to someone who lies the way she does.
