My lawyer was Kris, and he went above and beyond for my case, he was very responsive and kept me in the loop of everything! I highly recommend Boevingloh & Pliakos!!

I called Kris bc of a letter he sent stating I was being sued from a debt collector. We talked a bit, he clearly outlined the process it sounded to good to be true but I took a leap of faith and I’m glad I did. He told me not to worry and he’ll be in touch. I received several emails updating me on the case. The last email I received from him was, case closed, he won the case and I never worried. I can’t say enough good things about his service, he is in the business of making people happy. I never met Kris but I would use him again and again if I ever have the need. Make sure you check the paperwork chris sends you. You can talk to your collector for free that is all he tries to do charge you 800 up front then 450 an hour after he burns up 3 hours trying to contact your bill collector. He does not work for you or even keep your best interest in mind. This lawyer will not fight your case he will take your money and plea with your bill collector. Will not review evidence in your case or even defend you.
