I left a voice mail for Ms. Grosser, she called me back within a few days & I gave her the details of our situation. She asked me to email her some documentation - which we did. Once she received the documentation, she let me know she had a client emergency & would get back with me within 2 days. She never got back with me. I followed up with an email & phone call but got no response. We had a serious issue we were dealing with & needed help. Would have been nice for her to have at least told us she wasn't able to help us, rather than let us wait for her return phone call.

I can't say enough how great of a job Dan did with my family's will and trust. Our situation isn't necessarily a simple one. Dan took the time to listen to our concerns and make sure that everything was set up correctly. I was incredibly close to using generic online will/trust documents because it was the "easier" route. I didn't realize it at the time but now I see why that would have been the wrong way to go. I'm am glad that we came to Dan! His expertise was well worth paying a bit more for professional advice versus using generic online templates.

This was my first time I ever needed a lawyer, and I am glad I called Boevingloh & Pliakos. I didn't have to show up in court, Kris took care of it and had my case dismissed in no time. I am so very satisfied with the outcome. I will refer this law firm to all my friends.

Great experience. I would recommend. They took care of everything. Worked hard and are smart, outside of the box thinkers. They helped both me and my wife on separate occasions and are a good firm to work with.

If you are being sued by a debt collector IMO you can't afford not to hire this firm. When I was going through this at least a half dozen firms wanted my business. I'm so glad I chose Boevingloh and Pliakos. Kris is awesome no other way to put it, a calm reassuring manner when you need it the most. The office staff is awesome and professional as well. This was an amazing experience to have Mr. Boevingloh handled a matter that I have been trying to resolve for several years. Within 2 weeks, it was resolved and gone. I highly recommend this team!!!

Kris Boevingloh was exceptional to work with. He was very prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. Communication was great and I always felt well-informed. If I had questions, he was quick to reply - even on nights/weekends/holidays. While he was upfront about not being able to guarantee any specific outcome, he made me feel confident my case was being handled by a professional and that things would be completely handled. Kris did manage to get the best possible result, which I never would have thought was even feasible. His fees are clear and very reasonable - and ultimately, he saved me a lot! Shortly after my parents funerals, started receiving calls and letters from collection agencies wanting me to pay off my parents debts. Trying to pay my parents debts, funerals as well as my own living expenses put my finances off very badly. The first thing that Boevingloh & Pliakos had me do was stop paying those debts, explained that I was not responsible for them. Then they went about helping me get my finances sorted and back on track. Boevingloh & Pliakos are very knowledgeable, very professional and very courteous. Receiving the letter from them when my finances first tanked saved me thousands in debts that I didn't even owe and I am forever grateful to them.
