I highly recommend Boevingloh & Pliakos to represent anybody who needs assistance if you are being sued for debts you owe. This office will work with you on payments to the attorney, and makes the process very easy and stress free.

Make sure you check the paperwork chris sends you. You can talk to your collector for free that is all he tries to do charge you 800 up front then 450 an hour after he burns up 3 hours trying to contact your bill collector. He does not work for you or even keep your best interest in mind. This lawyer will not fight your case he will take your money and plea with your bill collector. Will not review evidence in your case or even defend you.

Called to get a consultation regarding a custody matter. Mr. Byron answered the phone, and Mr. Byron was immediately rude. He continued to interrupt me, he insulted me, refused to listen to what I tried to explain regarding my case.
That is not a good impression for someone looking for representation.
