I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist who tried to avoid responsibility for my personal injuries caused in the car crash. Attorney Sims kept fighting for a great settlement against my own insurance company who was, at first, refusing to pay more than pennies. She got my med pay and a bodily injury settlement and even forced the responsible person to start reimbursing me for my uncovered, totaled car. Attorney Sims went above and beyond, paid more care to my case than even I did and always addressed my concerns.
