Neil helped us in a particularly nasty custody case. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. With his help we ended up getting everything we wanted, with the Judge seeing the reality of our case, while Neil was successful in minimizing our inevitable outlay in legal fees. His knowledge of the law and his ability to navigate it to get the right outcome was much appreciated. He is candid, honest and really everything you could want from a legal advisor. When you are injured and saddled with burdensome and unexpected medical bills, Chris Allen is the attorney to call. He navigated negotiations with the insurance companies on my behalf. Without him it would have been a daunting task. But with his help it was completely stress-free. He negotiated a fair settlement which allowed me to have follow up treatment. I highly recommend Chris Allen. He communicates with his clients and makes you a priority. I would call him again if the need should ever arise.

Mr. Allen currently represents me for two auto accidents. Not one time have I ever had to speak with the insurance company regarding my cases. Mr. Allen is always available any time I call to ask a question and is assertive with the insurance companies. I would highly recommend Mr. Allen to anyone who is injured in an auto accident.

My wife and I worked with Michael Payne to complete our trust. The entire experience was one that we hold very dear. Michael walked us through each step with care and concern. Giving us time to think and talk. Surprisingly we felt a huge weight lifted off of us and our children. He also put together the LLC for my busingess. Elaine was our Guardian at Litem that was assigned to us. She was very fair and explained all the legal stuff in ways we understood. Its very apparent that she tries to find what is best for the child, especially during a time that tensions are so high. Even though we didn't chose to use her, and she was assigned to us by our Judge, I would still highly recommend her!
