Dan did and excellent job explaining the entire process and actively pursued every aspect of my case/situation to achieve the optimal results. Because of his relationships, knowledge of the process, coaching advice, and attention to detail, Dan was able to get my driving privileges reinstated without any suspensions and was able to get my DWI charge modified to a moving violation (not DWI-related) which could have negatively impacted my employment (both current and future opportunities).

Well he is the defense lawyer for a sexual trafficking case with my 13 year old daughter. How could you commend someone for in a review for wanting to help a predator stay out of jail and hurt more kids and possibly my own daughter again.....so I've never hired Daniel Nolan but my review is not a positive one.

My situation was interesting because I left the municipal courtroom under the impression I received a lesser charge so I paid my fine and moved on with my life. I recently found out that was not the case when I called and inquired with the municipal court. In somewhat of a panic, I contacted Daniel Nolan and explained my situation. He was able to review my history and come up with a game plan to address the issue - all the while being very accessible/responsive to any questions I had. I was impressed because I know that my case is probably much smaller than other cases but Daniel treated it with diligence/urgency. In all, Daniel worked through the court system and helped me resolve my issue in a little under a week. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a defense attorney.

Daniel Nolan is a fantastic lawyer; both as a traffic and DWI attorney. He helped me with both, and I never severed any time in jail or any probation. He is phenomenal; highly recommend.

Outside of assistance with a will I have never had any experience with retaining a lawyer. I felt silly seeking out legal advice for a moving violation but was told this would be the best way to handle this infraction. I was referred to Mr. Nolan who said what he would do and followed thru. In this day and age when you are often given the runaround, Mr. Nolan’s word is solid. I highly recommend his services.
