Emily cut through a bunch of nonsense that was being fed to me by a cookie-cutter estate planning firm. No, I did NOT need to create an LLC for my rental properties. No, I did NOT need to retitle my properties. Yes, I did need to redo the will so that it mentioned my trust and put everything in it. Yes, it made sense to do a couple of other forms. A couple of hours of face-to-face total was all it took. I sleep a lot better now knowing that things were handled properly.

It was a pleasure to work with Emily. She answered all my questions and was very patient. She was also very affordable which is important to me. She walked me through how through the process and to set up my trust. I've already recommended her to other families and friends.

At one of my grand daughters soccer games I overheard a woman talking about getting her trust done and how pleased she was with the attorney. She gave me the name and after a few months I called Emily Kirk and we made an appointment. She greeted us ,answered all of our questions and then mailed us a copy to look over and see if we wanted anything changed. I called her we changed 2 things and we met the next week to sign the Trust. I really liked her she was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend her.

Emily Kirk helped my husband and me set up our Will packet, POA for both health and financial, Quick claim deed for our home so that my son won't have to wait for the court system to do their thing. She also corrected a Quick claim deed for our home we did years ago, but didn't know it was not complete. She made everything simple and easy to understand. We highly recommend her.
