Very frustrating when I have called multiple times and all like I'm able to talk to is a receptionist that puts me on hold to find out that they don't answer I leave messages don't hear no response I'm just needing to know information about my case cuz I am having the insurance company contact me saying that I'm not being represented I need to speak to someone in regarding this information but I can't get a hold of anyone I keep just getting to go around it's frustrating because I'm having now to deal with phone calls and letters from the insurance company wanting me to close the case when I thought I had a lawyer need to be contacted as soon as possible over appreciate it we're
