I do not recommend this lawyer. I received a "free" consultation. The "lawyer" was either hungry or had a bowel problem he could barely stay still or especially pay attention. I went through some information while he barely listened then he proceeded to tell me he would need 45% and money down, this told me immediately had no confidencein himself or in winning this case. When I told Mr. Lawyer that was too much and just plain ridiculous, he became even more heartless, inconsiderate and uncaring it was obvious our meeting was immediately over when I stated thats too much. This was a great case, another lawyer took it without any kind of fee. I had a simple question for him and he refused to answer because he didn't have the money in his hand from me already. So I definitely don't mean he was like the go getter who wins cases, my opinion is he's the kind of lawyer that wants the money and doesn't care. The office is dark and small, in a basement, metal 1970s desk, chair and file cabinet. The windows are covered with a thick dirt dead flies stuck in webs in the corners, matted down dirty carpet and the smell of musty body sweat is overwhelming. Highly suggest using a different lawyer.

He is the best around. You can call him any time and he call you right back and works hard for you. And works fast i wont go with anyone else i love him

Both Frank and Rosie were very helpful and professional in their assistance of handling various aspects of my parent’s estate and helping to start my own business. They were frequently available even on weekends and at odd hours to meet and go over things. I highly recommend them.
