I got in my accident in 2018 and had never been in a situation like this before. After feeling intimidated by the insurance company, I contacted Chris who took on the role immediately and made me feel much safer and comfortable. He was with me every step of the way, advising me on what was best and getting me the best outcome without having to deal with the stress and anxiety of talking to the insurance people myself.
