Stange Law Firm and Richard Harper could not keep my case straight, nor would they return my deposit. It has been over 3 months since I requested my case "closed" and deposit returned.

I was referred to Noel by a friend’s brother following a car accident. I explained to Noel that I have never sued anyone and came to his office because the insurance company didn’t want to pay my medical bills. I ended up having 3 major surgeries and was so stressed because of the medical bills, surgeries and time off work. Noel and Desiree were absolutely amazing and I know they really cared about me. They constantly followed up with me and put my mind at ease. I couldn’t have had a better team! I know none of us want to be in the situation where we need an attorney, but if you do, Noel will exceed your expectations!

My experience with this Law firm was a very good experience. The attorney and his paralegal where very very generous, kind and always kept good communication. We would definitely go back if needed in the future, or recommend. The only problem was the settlement wasn’t quite what was expected but we where explained why and understood the reason why because of the other party. My Attorney explained everything and fought hard to meet the needs. Treated my family with lots of respect and also listen. Never felt rushed or pushed off at no time. Nice, friendly, kind, clean practice with all the staff.

We were seeking custody of one of our grandsons lwho was in state custody. We explained the entire situation to our attorney, Richard Harper during our consultation (that cost $100)We were ASSURED that Harper and his team could be of great assistance to us in this matter. Paid a $3000 fee only to find out that after 2 weeks NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE ON OUR CASE!!! When I inquired as to why, Harper told me he had been on vacation. We stressed to him that this was a time sensitive matter as we wanted our grandson in a safe environment as soon as possible. He called me back 4 days later at 8 o'clock at night and literally asked me to give him the whole story over again. He kept apologizing and repeating himself. The call took over an hour for which he billed us $400 for. The following week I was informed the Harper would be "out sick" for the remainder of the week!!! We began to lose faith that this man was was going to help us. We asked for numerous things, a visit with our grandson being the most important and NONE of our requests were met. He was never able to explain why. We eventually did get custody of our grandson after firing Harper and filing a complaint with the law firm. In answer to our complaint, we were served with a $6000 invoice and a 3 page explanation/ apology. $6000 .........and all he did was allegedly make phone calls !!!!!! Worst experience with a law firm EVER! We will be following up the Bar Association for a formal complaint.
