Joe Bante is a great lawyer he is always available easy to talk to works with you on prices he’s very reasonable I wish I would’ve kept him as my lawyer for my custody case trying to get my daughter back from her dad whom mind you has never had a thing to do with his child her entire life ...sad.... Unfortunately this was the first time I had ever done anything like this and I left Joe and got another lawyer at Haffener Law firm Flat rate divorces BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!! Joe will answer for you day or night he answered every question I had was very emotionally involved which makes you feel great being that your dealing with the most important thing in your life “your child” If I could go back In time I would’ve kept Joe bante 100 percent he’s great 😊 he makes you feel at ease he gets things done he is always available and always gives you great advice he tells you what to expect and keeps you very much so informed I’m telling you Joe Bante is a GREAT LAWYER!!!!!!!! Hire him if you need help he will help you he’s great and a fighter and organized and my greatest regret for not Kelli get him throughout my entire custody case I didn’t get the outcome I hoped for and I TRULY BELIEVE if I would’ve kept joe I would’ve been a million times better off so don’t second guess him he’s an angel 😇 on earth GET JOE BANTE he’s amazing ( hi Joe thank you for helping Me with my daughter Ella hope your well ) ❤️ don’t look any farther Joe is your man !!!!!

I originally met with James Ahearn at the Clayton office for my consultation. I was very impressed with James and happy with that meeting, however James was not assigned my case. Instead I was assigned to Craig Goza in the Ellisville office, 45 minutes away from where I live. While Craig has been very passionate and supportive of me and my family goals, I have been disappointed with the process. It took close to 3 months for my initial motion to be filed. During that time and since then, a lot of expensive research and consulting has been done, but we just now have possible steps to get me towards a settlement, seven months and tens of thousands of dollars later. We're closing in on a year with nothing resolved, so this review is subject to change. Update 02/28/21: Assigned a new attorney and worse off than I was before. 18 months into this.

What I don’t like is they do not allow payment arrangements. They request $2800 UPRONT for the retainer fees. Thanks to Covid I can’t afford to pay upfront $2800. Who can since this pandemic? Where is the mercy?!?! Why not ask for half that amount and for the rest to be paid in full in a reasonable time frame? Who have $3k sitting in their bank waiting to give to someone? Also, most of my paper work is filed from previous attorney and therefore will not need to be done again and they still want the full amount when infact they will not need to file again.

Stange law firm is the tops my attorney penny did an excellent job of representing me I would recommend her to anyone in need of a good lawyer,

This place is a JOKE! Please don’t give them your money! An absolute joke. All they do is fire fire fire.

Rogers Sevastianos & Bante law firm was helpful on my worker's compensation case. James Beal and Noel Sevastianos were efficient, responded to all my questions quickly, and helped me emotionally when stressed over my bills. Not many lawyers are that helpful. My first lawsuit ever, and overall outcome is satisfactory. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs a lawyer for worker's comp cases. The attorney i had did not want to fight for my rights. She allowed my alimony to be cut in half. She did not want to hire PI to find where my ex was working or that he had actually bought a new truck & car in his & girlfriends name. So everthing purchased in 34 yrs of marriage and my retirement fund were gone!!!!! Do not trust this company to do more than just show up at court.
