I highly recommend James Ahearn. I wish he was assigned to us from the beginning as I’m sure he would have handled my case much quicker and more professionally than the first attorney given to us. He truly cares about the client and finds a way to relate to you to make you feel completely comfortable and like yourself with him.

My attorney Richard Harper was professional and prompt. I never felt rushed. Another positive is that he has a psychology degree, which allows him to really grasp the nuances of people's behavior. The only downside to Stange is that they seem to have gotten too big and thus have a turnover rate that is higher than smaller firms, (our first attorney quit and took another job two business days before our first settlement hearing) which is why I only rated Stange with 4 stars. Mr. Harper made time for us on a weekend, allowing us to get him up to speed. He did great in court, especially on such short notice. Richard Harper is a true gentleman who doesn't need fire and brimstone in order to be heard by the judge, his former time working for the prosecuting attorney is a bonus. I recommend Mr. Harper very much.
