Have a case that has gone on for about 7 years with nexium . This firm never calls with updates. I received a letter 2 months ago that said they had reached a settlement .. and had paperwork I returned to them with additional questions etc. I called today and was told settlement hasn't been reached. Crazy

My name is Adam Roosevelt, Former U.S Politician and TV Commentator. This company is a scam. Please note that many veterans are taking part in the 3M lawsuit and they failed to provide any updates. It is with strong recommendation to avoid any representation of this firm. I will be taking action. I am updating this post on August 14th to inform all clients that my case was apart of the 3M settlement for veterans. After two tours in Afghanistan and going with Carey Danis & Lowe I received less than veterans who did not deploy to Afghanistan. I not only lost so much money and time with this firm me as a veteran was misrepresented. I urge you to avoid this firm at all cost and do NOT go with them for any needs. You will regret and lose in court. They received nearly 50% of the total reward. Other law firms were able to get their clients nearly 100% more on the settlement. AVOID THIS FIRM!!
