Can't talk directly to mr. Green to ask any questions about my case, can't get any updates from him, nor do he call me back when I leave a message for him to do so. Untill things change, I have to give him a one star. It make me think under hand things going on.

Not much to say about Mr. Green that has not already been said. He does what he says. Communicated updates regularly and when there was no update, he communicated that as well. At no point did I ever wonder what was going on with my case. Pleasure to work with...respectful, professional, down to earth and most of all understanding.
