I agree very poor customer service. I can't never get in touch with my lawyer. They do not keep in touch with you, to let you know what's going on with your case. Also their receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. So unpleasant, starting to think that they are scamming people..

Mr. Traube represented us and it was a great experience. He was able to negotiate all of our medical bills paid for and we received an additional cash settlement. Highly recommended, great communication and he and his staff were always available to answer questions.

I took my "minor" 17yr old son to this office because he was riding in a cab that was hit from behind by another motorist who was deemed at fault. My son went to the hospital and was hurt all throughout his back and mentally shaken up. We were able to sue the motorist who was at fault but Darin Sorell insisted not to pursue the cab company because it would be hard to sue them due to them not being at fault. I trusted his opinion. My son did not have medical insurance so I was responsible for payments. However, Darin Sorell assured both of us that the medical bills would be taken care of in the final settlement. He sent my son to the chiropractor. I had been receiving the two hospital bills in the mail as well as consistent bill collector phone calls of my minor son' s bills. I told them we had an attorney that was pursuing legal action and will take care of the medical bills. During my son's final chiropractic appointment he turned 18! Darin Sorell called to inform us the check was ready. I was at work but since my son was 18 and living on his own, he went to pick up his check by himself. I told my son to make sure the medical bills were taken care of because they were in collections. My son, unfortunately, did not read the paperwork correctly to see that only the chiropractor was paid and NOT his hospital bills. Him being an 18 yr old was ready to get his check and he signed for it! Why would you pay the chiropractor and NOT the hospital bills. That is backwards to me..... Months later, I receive calls from two collection agencies that require payment from me. My credit was ruined! I asked Darin Sorell why didn't the medical bills get paid before the check was given and he said my son already signed the paperwork and he was responsible to pay the hospital out of his final settlement check! My son got way less money than his lawyer AND the chiropractor! We were better off not using a lawyer. Now my credit is screwed because I thought his medical bills would be taken care of by his lawyer. How cold hearted can you be? I will never use their services again....
