Julie appears to be well informed in the area of real estate that pertains to my rental properties, particularly in the area of tenant and landlord rights. She is able to clearly layout procedures and options. I am sure her expertise goes well beyond these items but she has been primarily involved with these type of situations with me.

Our company has 160 rental units and Julie handles all of our problems from evictions to abandoments. We first hired her over 2 years ago and she is awesome. She has reviewed all our internal documents bringing them all up to current real estate laws and codes. She also prepared standardize form letter for different situations that we can send to tenants. Our Real Estate Brokerage sends multiple Eviction Cases to Julie every month. Once a case is sent to her, she handles everything, including dealing directly with delinquent tenants before, at, and after court dates. She is successful in helping us re-capture possibly lost rent due to the quick fashion the cases are filed, and how they are handled at court with the tenants. In addition our Real Estate Brokerage requires certain legal forms to be drawn up concerning liability and indemnity issues, which Julie provides quickly for us. Her professional services and reasonable fees make our Brokerage much easier to manage, with peace of mind knowing our cases will be handled quickly and appropriately.
