Unprofessional. Answered the phone rudely, didn't listen to any details. I had to ask if this was an attorneys office because it didn't even seem like I called lawyer.

I was bitten 3 times by a clients cat. They were deep bites that nicked an artery in calf of my left leg. Within 2 days the bites became infected. It took months to heal because the amount of antibiotics I was given caused a condition called Clostridioides difficile (c-diff).
