I want to recommend this firm. I had a severe car accident and I had tried to get other firms but this is the only one that would take my case. Intake was quick to get back with me. The professionalism and the caring staff were the start of a rough time in my life. My case was tackled by attorney Tom Mudd and his paralegal Capella. During the whole process they were very attentive and caring. They treat you like family. Which truly means a lot when you’re going through such hard times. We both were volunteering for Toy donation event hosted by BAMSL.Tavia was kind, helpful, and fun to work with. Cofman Townsley was the only Law Firm that had actual employees there to help. I tried a few years ago to sue a nursing home who was abusing my father. There was significant proof from a wound that was killing him. This firm denied helping me. I moved on. My dad unfortunately needed wound help etc and still has the wound just not as bad. He also came from a nursing home that abruptly took him from his place late at night and moved him over an hour away from family. My parents are bedridden. There is no justice in the state of Missouri. Nothing for the elderly. The lawyers will not take cases pretty much unless the patient passes away. That's disturbing. There is no justice for these patients. It's horrible the state of Missouri and the lawyers who say they will help you just ignore the pleas from residents and families of our nursing homes. The system is rigged. Nursing home abuse goes on all the time and lawyers do not help.
