As a property manager in the St. Louis area since 1988, I have worked for two Fortune 500 property management companies and have managed over 900 apartment homes. Finding a trustworthy and successful lawyer to perform timely evictions in challenging circumstances is difficult. In my 25+ years of property management, Randall Reinker is tops in the landlord/tenant field. He is so very knowledgeable and caring and it shows. His team is always on top of court dates, documents needed and invaluably detailed and thorough. During my last career position, our company won almost every lawsuit filed, a few we settled out of court and were very satisfied. There are other attorneys in St. Louis area, but none as honest, dedicated and results-oriented as Randall. He is often requested to speak on landlord-tenant laws to our multi-housing industry and his ability to keep up with current issues, understand the laws related and deliver great results for landlords never ceases to amaze me.

Mr Reinker took retainer in late 2012, but failed to file the unlawful detainer he represented in writing he would file. On the day of hearing two months later, the judge called him out and Reinker abandoned the hearing, forfeiting the unpaid rent I was entitled to in favour of a compromise agreement on possession only. After the hearing date (which I did not attend) Reinker failed to advise me what had occurred. After three days of emailing him, Mr Reinker finally advised me the judge was not happy with the out of date documents I had filed four months earlier and that compromise was the only option on the day. When I directed him to his email telling me he was updating the application two months earlier and asked him if he had done so, he sent me a nasty response telling me not to contact him. I'M GLAD TO PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION OF THIS TO ANYONE WHO DOUBTS IT. THE MOST DAMNING EVIDENCE IS THE EMAILS FROM MR REINKER
