Refuses to provide invoice to account for 7500 bill after quitting abruptly as an attorney for a 1 year old child. Works out of a disorganized dump of a basement level office off Big Bend. Attended a bottom of the barrel Tier 4 law school.

Art is great. I had to use him in my non contested divorce 12yrs ago.
Due to the ex side causing undue issues recently. I called up my old attorney (who better to contact then the original from an old case) and Art and his staff were wonderful.
He scheduled me in promptly and we were able to go over things. I was surprised how well he remembered me after 12yrs. He's had many cases since mine.
