Very responsive, professional, and was honest and to the point with me throughout my whole case! I like that he didn't beat around the bush with me and he fought for what I wanted even when things didn't look like they were going my way, I was able to settle in a reasonable time and pretty easy. Especially with covid going on- I didn't have to make 1 unnecessary trip to the office, everything was done through correspondence and I really appreciated that!
