James is a very caring and concerned person when it comes to dealing with you on a personal level. He was very interested in what I had to say and told me I could call him night or day, even if it was just to speak about the tragedy that had happened to me. He has always been honest with me whether it be good news or bad news. I feel as though he was actually sent to me, my guardian angel. Anyone who decides to go with him can feel very relieved that whatever the outcome is he did his best.
