John Eccher was superb from the start. I had both a DWI and speeding ticket 25+ miles over the limit. He was upfront about everything, made me feel more at ease with it being my first DWI, and kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. Unfortunately due to COVID things were a little more prolonged with the court, but John ended up getting the speeding ticket dismissed completely and exceeded my expectations for the DWI case. Very well worth having this attorney represent me and would highly recommend him and his staff!

After shopping my situation around to several different attorneys (all of which claimed to be unvaluable resources when facing DUI charges) I went with John and am thankful every single day that I did. While all the other lawyers suggested that I plead guilty, accept a fine and some driving restrictions along with community service, John did things I did not imagine were possible. His approach to handling my case was a little different than what I had expected, but in the end he was able to get me the very best outcome possible which was: 1) No probation 2)No license issues 3) No increase in my insurance costs 4) No device interlock 5) No community service. He even won my case and the judge ruled that the arresting officers had no probable cause to bother me in the first place! I was simply estatic, and continue to be impressed by his professionalism, impeccible dress, ease of communication, prompt response to my concerns, and likeability as a person.
