Mike and his assistant Tracy are an exceptional team. My mom was in a head-on auto accident (not her fault) and required 6 months of rehab and recovery. They stepped in on day one and guided the family through this journey. The family dealt with mom's physical recovery and Mike handled the financial aspect. He oversaw all of the insurance negotiations and kept us informed along the way. After all was said and done.....she received a check and all of her medical bills were paid. A settlement check does not remove all of the residual affects of having your 78 year old mother cut out of a car, but at least we have peace of mind that any future needs as a result of this will be met. Mike Dalton Jr. had mom's best interest at heart and for that we are sincerely Thankful. Lesson learned: If you drive a car make sure your insurance policy covers "underinsured" motor vehicle injury.....it saved her financially.

Michael was able to obtain policy limits in my motorcycle injury case. He was very responsive and hard working. I would definitely recommend Michael for a personal injury case.
