I used Mr. Bardol's services within the last couple of months. He was quick to return my phone calls and was available when I needed him. I felt like he made me a priority when I know he had multiple of other cases he was handling. I never felt like just a number, but he was genuinely concerned with helping me with my case. I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family.

Best call I ever made was this one. I told Steve about the issues my fiance was going through while trying to get his child support stopped and within a couple of days we had an answer and the child support was terminated. Well worth the time and money. We would probably still be trying to get a hold of someone to figure out where the paperwork was. Thank you so much for everything!

They were quick and helpful dealing with my speeding tickets! They made sure everything was taken care of and followed up to make sure there were no loose ends! I would highly recommend using them.

Finding an attorney who is as genuine and makes you feel like a priority, yet professional, practical, and straightforward is nearly impossible, but Bardol Law Firm has all of these great traits and many more. After working with Steve I know I will never use any one else with my family law needs. Steve and his office are great at communicating with you what is going on, they are very prompt, and they go out and get things done that need to be taken care of. Steve recently helped me with the Petition for Full Custody case I filed over a year and a half ago. I had initially contracted with a different firm and the experience was exhausting and very stressful at a time that was already difficult enough. The process had been prolonged for a long time and my previous lawyer had not made any real progress on the case, promising a lot of things that never materialized. It became very stressful for me and it was a financial burden. I cannot say enough good things about Steve Bardol and his staff. They were practical and straightforward throughout the entire process. Steve never made impractical promises and was clear with me about the steps forward and what I could expect. I feel very grateful for his work on our case and I would recommend him to anyone. The well-being of my child is the most important thing to me. Steve and his team, Julie and Katy, were concerned, detail oriented and followed through. I cannot ask more from them and will be eternally grateful for their help in this process.

The main thing I was looking for in a law office was someone to help take a load off my back, not add on to the burden I was already dealing with. Steve and Katie were the best from the get-go! They were very kind and professional in their work. I was given time and patience and not once did I feel rushed or like a burden to them with my case. Awesome team! I recommend to everyone.

I was referred to Steve by a mutual friend. I have always trusted this friends suggestions, but I feel he missed the mark on this one. I also know that he will not be happy with me for leaving this post. Although I don't blame him one bit, but rather Steve. Steve is not a person anyone would want in their corner. Divorce is such a scary and stressful time. Its a time when you're going to want someone with knowledge and confidence. I'm afraid Steve does not have the later. He may have the knowledge, but getting him to explain it to you is a apparently a privilege and not to be expected despite the fees he charges. Working with Steve was daunting. He does not explain things or help you feel more comfortable. He did not show for several of the court appearances, but instead sent one of his assistance. If he had given me some notice maybe I would not have been so upset. All I wanted was someone to understand my case the way that I did. This felt very much like being a number. When we met with my wife and her attorney, he let me and her attorney do most of the talking. I felt very alone. After 9 months into the divorce I spoke with Steve about how I did not feel my case was getting enough attention. He was sending his assistant to court appearances. When I tried to call him it would take a couple weeks and several follow ups to get him on the phone. The worst part, when I told him I didn't think my case was getting enough attention, he said with no hesitation, "I manage a high caseload, you're free to find someone else." Ouch that hurt. If I hadn't given him so much money already, wasn't so desperate to get the divorce over with I would have. We had been "close" to settling for a while and all I wanted was to settle. I chose him because a friend referred me and he was cheaper, but that was a big mistake. Go with someone that makes you feel confident.

Steve did a great job and was very professional. He always gave me honest feedback and advised me numerous times not to go down emotional routes that would just force me to pay him more money and accomplish nothing. He knows the ins and outs of the process and was more interested in getting me to an agreement than making an extra buck off me by dragging things out. This is absolutely not what I would expect from an attorney in this field and of course is everyone's greatest fear. He was very reasonable in what he did charge me and I have zero regret picking Steve. If you're looking for someone who will give you honest answers (vs. the answer/promise you want to hear), will call you back, answer your emails, not waste your money, and whose assistants are also extremely helpful, Steve is your guy.
