I talk to Tom for about 3 minutes and he explains what he does and then explains what I needed to do. He talked to me in detail about how disability Claims work. He explained what he could do to help me file for my case. He spent about 1 and a half hours talking with me on the first Call. Then we set a date for me to meet with him. He walked me through the whole process.
