A client from Texas. How often does an attorney call to report on an issue or to clarify their impressions and touch base? AAAA in my opinion because these guys will call a client.

I was in a horrible car accident and reached out to this firm. Initially it seemed as if i had a solid case to only then to be told there was nowhere for the insurance to be pulled from.i feel like i could have gotten something even if it was a small settlement even if it had to come from the police department who continued a high speed chase knowing it was past dangerous to keep chasing them.Im not sure how the system works but i know that was a tramactic experience for me i could have lost my life luckily i came out with minor injuries. The attorney on my case was very professional and nice i just wish he would have fought a little harder.
