It's unfortunate that you wait over five yrs for a settlement and this law firm get majority of your money. Each time I would call I couldn't get an answer, never any updates or real communication from them yet again they get all of the money. This is highway robbery and it's very sad taking from people that have suffered and or been inconvenienced by health or any other companies. This firm is no better than the people we are suing. Never again will I use them or refer them as attys

I received notice that they had been paid so when I ask they said checks will go out 6 weeks after 11/8/2023 so post when they received something from mass lawsuit please because my insurance said I got a check 2years ago an I have 2 different emails about when to expect money but still not a dime has came nor a break down of they charged an my amount............ Now 10-2024 I did receive my money but long wait so I had to update

I'm involved with this firm handling a class action suit. They are incredible! Their communication is outstanding and every representative I've spoken to is very kind and informative.
