I highly recommend Christine. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the area of estate planning. She and her staff are very professional. They are accessible; they respond to questions promptly. I especially appreciated Christine's willingness to accommodate my busy schedule. She provides not only great legal service but also great customer service.

Ms. Alsop spent a lot of time with my wife and I at the initial appointment to learn about our family's needs and goals to best evaluate an estate plan tailored to our unique situation. Prior to the initial appointment we were sent very detailed questionnaires which seemed somewhat intrusive but once at the intial meeting it was easy to see why all of the information was necessary. Ms. Alsop's office prepared all of the necessary documents for our estate plan and sent drafts to allow us to look through them at home. Although Ms. Alsop and her staff went to great lengths to make us comfortable and at ease I think most clients are going to feel a certain pressure to answer questions quickly and not take up too much of the lawyer's time. By sending the drafts to our home we were able to take as much time as we needed without feeling any pressure. At our second appointment to sign all of the documents, Ms. Alsop again double checked that the we were satisfied with who we had chosen to act in the different capacities and made final changes to the documents. Ms. Alsop took considerable time going through and explaining all of the documents including what the different provisions meant. Bottom line, both my wife and I found The Elder & Disability Advocacy Firm of Christine A. Alsop, LLC to be outstanding and highly recommend it.

I met with Christine for my grandfather's probate case. He passed away and had several assets that needed to go through the court system. He and my grandmother also had a trust. Everything about my experience with Christine's firm was different and exceptional. I was greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie and felt at home in her office. Every single one of my questions was answered and, by the time I left my initial meeting, I was very clear on the process and what the next steps were. I appreciate everything that Christine and her staff did to make me feel comfortable and cared for during a very sad and surreal time in my life. Christine helped me set up a Living Trust for my mother during a very difficult time. My Mother is very sick and will probably not be with us much longer. She was very informative about the things my Mother was most concerned about and very patient with us as we went through all the details of what we wanted to do.
