Rick is not only a great lawyer he is a good communicator and friendly. He is a guy you would feel comfortable with sitting next to you in a court room or having a beer with at a bar. He is down to earth, but at the same time he is well versed in the law. He helped me with a consumer credit issue. One of the big St. Louis hospitals was being a bully and sent a bill to collections. He immediately knew what to do and actually saw me the same day (because time was of essence). He drafted a letter on the spot, and we did a conference call in his office. Further, he replies to emails promptly and will call you when he says he will call. Rick even took the time to call me and update me while he was at home sick. Rick is well versed in consumer law and small claims. I am sure he is well versed in other areas also. I would highly recommend this attorney A+++

I received several letters and constant phone calls day and night. I did not know anything about the legalities and proper process concerning how creditors can collect debt. We consumers are not well informed and kept in the dark when it comes to debtor rights. Richard won three cases for me concerning creditor harassment.
