Mr. Rose did an excellent job representing me. His assistant Josh also was very helpful along with the entire staff. If I have legal problems in the future, I will be contacting them.

I had to engage rose legal services for a legal matter and through out the process they were very communicative and supportive. I was worried on the process but Mr.Rose has calmed me down and got a favourable output for my case.

Rose Legal Services is the best. Scott Rose is the best attorney I have worked with. His support staff is also responsive and professional, keeping us updated on progress and results. During the Covid pandemic, with the prosecuting attorney’s office taking their time, Scott and his team were with me every step of the way. They fought for me and for my rights as a defendant in what seemed like a case that would last forever. I am so happy with the courtesy, understanding, compassion, and the professionalism, wonderful communication and ease of everything from beginning to end of my case. I was unreasonably charged with going 26 mi over the speed limit when I was absolutely not doing that, had plenty of proof to show it, my insurance app tracks my speed and location live time! But the truth is the officer that pulled me over didn't care, he literally told me that he was going after the car that had passed by me like I was sitting still but got me instead! What the heck? Umm are you serious? Why just because I drive a red vehicle like the one that passed me? That would have given me a class B felony! I have never had a record in my entire life time! Well this law firm went to bat for me and got it taken care of without any points on my license! Not only that but they did it at such an incredible price that I had to ask them three times if they were sure that's all it cost! I'm telling you, this law firm is the best in the state of Missouri end of equation. I was arrested for a first degree sex offense in which there was a mandated charge. Mr. Rose very effectively pled the offense down to a 3rd degree felony. I was particularly pleased by my first contact with Mr. Rose in that he stated that this was clearly a very frightening experience for me as it was my first experience with the legal system in anything worse than a traffic ticket. He showed true compassion for my plight and tried to help me to make prudent and approprite decisions. I would not only recommend Mr. Rose, I would highly recommend him. I might add that his staff was also supportive and very helpful which reflects positivlely on the man and his practice.
