Mr. Daher was very direct and to the point about the case we brought to him. He is also very personable and down to earth. He specializes in ‘collections judgment’ cases submitted by companies that buy old debts and then immediately file for a judgment against the client. He was ready to handle the situation and he put our minds at ease.

Post-divorce, I am still finding out which of the bills that weren’t paid (I foolishly let the ex-wife take care of all finances). The accounts with only my name hadn’t received the payments that all the others were. These parasites purchase old debt at a fraction of the cost, after a company has written it off, and then employ increasingly scary tactics to extort money…I was threatened on the phone with court which would be followed by the sheriff’s office coming to look for me, which is absurd. Mr. Jim put my mind at ease, gave me a timeline of what to expect, and today I received a PDF of the “Full Dismissal without Prejudice” from my local courthouse. I couldn’t be more pleased.
