A few months ago I was hit with being served by a credit card debt collector and I was devastated. I had been struggling to pay it off and hit a wall where I just couldn't anymore. Mr. Daher had actually sent me a letter in the mail stating that he'd be able to help me. After emailing and speaking on the phone I knew he'd be the person to help me. He was kind and straight to the point. I hadn't ever been in this kind of situation before but he was very reassuring that everything would be okay and it was! I would highly recommend him to anyone also struggling with credit card debt.

This was my first experience hiring an attorney to represent me, so I had several initial questions and concerns due to my unfamiliarity with the process. James was not only straightforward and truthful but also exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what the process would entail and was highly responsive whenever I reached out. I can't say enough about Mr. Linnenbringer! I had tried filing for divorce on my own to save money and it was going to still take months and I would have to go to court multiple times which would take me time from work so when I reached out to him and he said I could be divorced in 30 days without going to court and without leaving my house I was shocked and in disbelief. From the day I contacted him and paid him (small fee compared to other lawyers I had contacted) to the day I was divorced was literally 30 days! Very professional, communicated with me often and answered all of my questions timely. I will def be suggesting him to anyone able to file an uncontested divorce! Saves you time and money to go this route!

I’d recommend Gerald 10/10. He is very good at what he does. What I most appreciated in my experience was his communication style. His was consistent, quick & informative. He’s also very fairly priced. I have nothing but good things to say about him/his practice.

Mr. Daher was very direct and to the point about the case we brought to him. He is also very personable and down to earth. He specializes in ‘collections judgment’ cases submitted by companies that buy old debts and then immediately file for a judgment against the client. He was ready to handle the situation and he put our minds at ease.

Gerald made this extremely difficult, life changing event easier. Anytime I had a question he got back to me within a day with an answer. He was quick with filing the papers through courts, and with keeping me in the loop on where I was at in the process.
