I had a very positive experience with Zolman Law Firm. Attorney David Betz handled my case promptly, and he was thorough in his research. I was attempting to have my marriage to a foreign woman annulled due to the fact that she ran off to New York shortly after we were married and never returned. She was obviously using me to get a green card. An annulment of this sort had never been granted in the State of Missouri but David pulled it off! I was granted the annulment and was very happy to have whole affair behind me in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend Zolman Law Firm to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! This firm was absolutely terrible. They nickle and dime you on every phone call, e-mail, fax, etc. and half the time never returned calls or e-mails. My attorney showed up in court wearing a wrinkled suit and was unprepared for the trial. The judge absolutely didn't buy one argument from my attorney David Betz. During depositions, my attorney showed up late, was not prepared, and seemed confused to the facts of the case. After losing the case and getting stuck paying the opposing attorneys fees as well as my own, this firm now has the audacity to threaten to suit me because I am still making payments to them on this botched case. Do yourself a favor and run far far away from this firm. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!

The Zolman Law Firm handled my divorce in 2010 with extreme professionalism and class. I couldn't have asked for better during such a trying time. Six years later I call and ask them to prepare a quit-claim deed. Not only did they remember my name, case, etc, but they prepared it and sent it out the same day. I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone.

There are not enough stars to represent how happy I am I found Carla and her firm. Carla and Elizabeth helped me through one of the more difficult times in my life with ease and grace. Carla went above and beyond any expectations I had for a divorce and family law attorney. Her advice was invaluable and helped me protect what matters to me most - my children. Carla Zolman was amazing in our process. She helped us through every step and even when a crazy u-turn came our way. She knew exactly what to do and how to proceed to make her client happy. I needed an attorney to file a motion to modify. I visited 2 other attorneys before I went to Carla Zolman. Carla was very responsive when I was trying to determine which attorneys to hire. After Carla explained what needed to be done, I decided to hire her as I trusted that she knew how to handle my case. My case was successful and it went very smoothly.
