This was my first experience seeking legal representation. Needless to say, I was very nervous. After speaking to the firm, my fears were lessened. I was extremely pleased with the handling of my case & would highly recommend this law firm.

I found attorney, Daniel Rhoades, via my employers EAP. I visited the office three times and twice he passed me in the hallway of his office and didn't acknowledge my presence at HIS law firm. He's the only attorney in his office that I know of, so he should've known I was seeking his services. I had been communicating with his secretary but needed him to draw up POA documents. He did the POA but was negligent in including important needs. I'm not an attorney and trusted his professional knowledge.. Back to his secretary, she was a reflection of the attorney, Daniel Rhoades. After he constructed the POA they did not present me a copy of the POA. One day I visited the office and Daniel slightly scolded his secretary in my presence and mentioned to his secretary that I should've received a copy... it had been two weeks had passed without a copy. The secretary emailed me the final copy and handed me a physical copy. When it was time for the POA to be used in a dispute, the verbiage in the POA did not secure me as the POA. I contacted Attorney Daniel Rhoades office and left a message on voicemail. The secretary returned my call and I explained the situation, she said Daniel will give me a call. Two weeks have passed and I still haven't received the phone call. I'm dissatisfied and he is on the attorney's list through my job. Paying for attorney services is deducted from my pay. I'm still wondering what can be done, should I inform my job so he won't handle the next person as such.

His office is not responding my calls from last years December I have two cases already sign my final settlement on 12/22/21 they are not responding my calls & text messages no more :(

Daniel and his team were amazing! Our family was going through a difficult time and he was responsive, kind and thoughtful through the entire process. He was available to talk to me when I needed to speak to him and answered all my many, many questions. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend The Rhoads Firm!!

Horrible experience, lengthy legal matter involving an estate. Tom moved offices without telling me and does not answer calls and emails. Even before he moved I almost exclusively had contact with his paralegal and not him. This matter should be resolved but i cannot get a hold of him and have received no updates or resolution to the case.

I have used Mr. Glick on several matters over the course of the past few years and I have always found him to be reliable and a trustworthy advocate. I highly recommend Mr. Glick.

Our experience was not pleasant. Mr. Glick failed to communicate, even when asked to supply us with information. He seemed too busy and infact, he apologized in one one conversation for failing to respond. We paid Mr. Glick $6,7000 from 4/16/2015 to 5/31/2015. There was a credit of $1269.00; however, when we notified Mr. Glick we no longer needed his services that surplus turned to billing for exactly that amount. We also took his advice that "it wouldn't look good" even though there was legal ability but our opponent then took the funds costing us $115,000+. No, were not happy with his services.
