I just recently used the services of L. Barry Gubin and the process and service was absolutely excellent. Mr. Gubin knows his job and he knows it very well and he can definitely make the Chapter 7 process smooth and easy do as he say and you'll have no problems. I highly recommend his services for your legal needs.

NEVER answers the phone when you call. Will return a call maybe 4 days later How can anyone depend on this lawyer when there's no communication.

I can’t say enough positives about Mr Sherk and Rebecca his wife and paralegal. I was terrified at the idea of bankruptcy and my hands were shaking so badly during our first visit was not able to write my name. He was patient, kind, very professional and quickly calmed my fears and doubts. We did opt for Chapter 7 and Mr Sherk guided me through the Voluntary Petition. At the meeting with the trustee he was there and had told me what to expect so there were no surprises. At every step Mr Sherk explained everything in a manner that my non lawyer mind could understand. He was extremely helpful with any guilt or shame about my choosing bankruptcy and he quickly allayed any negative emotions I may have had about the decision.
