Kim was very helpful when I called to ask about getting documents apostilled. She explained the process to me over the phone, assured me that it did not cost as much as I had been quoted elsewhere, and sent me a link to all the information I needed. I made an appointment with her to get my documents notarized at her office, and the entire process with her was quick and easy.
